Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Ensure the hair is in its original packaging with all tags attached, and include your order invoice and RMA number inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
